I've noticed a few inconsistencies with the new Quick Stack to Nearby Chests functionality when using it with personal storage items (Piggy Bank/Money Trough, Void Vault/Void Bag, Safe). I haven't yet tested the Defender's Forge on this save.
  • For the placed, furniture versions of these items (Safe/Piggy Bank/Void Vault), the Quick Stack range has been expanded to match the new functionality, but there's no item movement animation.
  • When using the Money Trough or Void Bag to summon a temporary access point to the personal storage, Quick Stack seems to function with them as it did prior to the Labor of Love update - no animation, and an effective range of about 6 tiles, instead of the vastly expanded range with all other storage items.
I can imagine this might be intended behavior due to code limitations, but I thought it worth mentioning, as I don't see it called out anywhere in the patch notes.

Doesn't sound like its intended cause it works fine or completely breaks depending what type of items are in the chest at same time:

Hopefully this will be fixed to work more consistently (like it did pre Labor of Love - there was no such oddness with Quick Stack before this update)

The "placed" versions sound like they should be working consistently, and should have an item animation, so I'll look into that.

The summoned versions however use an entirely different system of detection, and there may be performance costs to checking for that, so not having the boosted range or animation may be intentional, but I'll leave a note about looking into it in the ticket for the missing animation on the tile versions.
