PC "No suitable graphics card found."

I clicked TLLC from the zelda texture pack that I download a while ago about a year ago to test if the texture pack still work. It was really buggy so I exit then I exit it. I then tried to open it again on steam and it said "No suitable graphics card found. The device creation parameters contain invalid configuration options." After that I tried to delete the game and download it again but it didn't work. Are there anyway for me to fix this?

Try deleting the 'config.dat' file, located in your Terraria folder.
Then run the game again.

Edit: Sorry, not located in your Terraria folder, but your My Documents\Terraria folder, where your player and world files are at.
