PC 'No suitable graphics card'

When i start Terraria, it comes up with the message 'No suitable graphics card, Unable to create graphics device' I have reinstalled the game 3 times, nothing. I deleted all of the documents in the 'My Games' terraria folder, Nothing. I have a suitable graphics card for it, and the issue only started occouring today

Did you check what drivers you are using, official drivers are not the same as lazy Microsoft backup drivers that windows update installs.

I'm now having the same problem. My Graphics Driver is fine and running, but Terraria still won't launch. (My graphics Driver is up to date). Also I've been trying to install a new one but it keeps on saying "Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install this software.".
