My NPCs happiness should be good and they are at their required biome but they are not selling the cavern pylon

The Goblin Tinkerer is not friends with the demolitionist. Without a liked or loved NPC in range, you only have a price reduction of 11% (5% for not surpassing 2 NPCs, 6% for liked biome). You need a price reduction of at least 15% (85% the original price). Refer to the Terraria wiki for more info if you don't mind spoilers.
