Game Mechanics NPCs order themselves takeout food on occasion.

Basically a drone with an unknown food drops off the order in front of the door, and the NPC picks it up and eats it. It’s mainly a comedic gag.

Basically a quality of life change that starts in Hardmode. This is post Plantera, however, and the Cyborg needs to be present.

My only suggestion here is to make it Post-Plantera so that they'd realistically have access to drones. (Kwad Racer Drone from Cyborg)
