Mobile Ocram help!

Hey guys, can you help me by giving tips on how to defeat ocram? In his first form it's very easy, but then, on his second form it gets hard because i cant dodge his lasers. I'm using a terra blade, tactical shotgun with clorophyte bullets, rainbow gun and inferno fork. For armor i use the Frost armor because of it's frostburn. I also use optical staff(spawns twins)

I defeated him very easily by flying around and shooting him with a chlorophyte shot bow with cursed arrows.
