Is it possible to have the controls in 1.4+ be identical to the controls in previous versions. Inquiring mainly for the grid snap/smart cursor toggling.
 
grid snap and smart cursor toggles can be bound. simply go into the controller binds you will find the option to bind them there.
 
My problem isnt the binding of smart cursor/ smart toggle, its that in 1.3 you could simply switch to cursor mode by pressing D-Pad. My first thread highlights this and has a link to a Reddit post where a commentor named Baruthor clearly understands what changed and words it far better than me.
But that wasn't the point of this thread. The objective of this thread is to ascertain, whether it be Yes or No, if 1.4+ controls can be made identical to 1.3.
