Very very simple idea, so not much needs to be said.

If the world chooses the Tin variant other then Copper, you start with Tin items. Simple as that.

What do you think?

rather what about replace starting Copper items with different item? Copper tools could be after this buffed, no longer -1 range.
+ Tin tools don't have any negative stat range like copper tools, is slighty faster, .....

Simply I don't agree.

I see, your right too. But maybe thats just the luck of getting a tin world? Or just remove the stats of the copper and balance it.
