Mobile Paladins hammer

not sure what to put this under.
Has anyone gotten the paladin's hammer from the paladin? I was farming for hours and got ten shields but no hammer, can you get it?

I did. Keep at it. It will drop, but use battle potions and water candles when you farm it or normal spawn rates will take you longer.

It took me about 29 paladins until I found anything, which was the hammer.

So I beat plantera walked into the dungeon....BOOM paladin I literally fell out my chair grabbed my terrablade and murdered it to death!!!!!! Long story short I got it first paladin

It took me so much time -and pain- to get it. The worst part was when I came back to the Dungeon -after obtaining hammer- for some ectoplasm, first Paladin I encountered dropped hammer...

I managed to get one after killing a couple, though, I've never seen anymore since...but there is still loads of shields.

Same for me, I mean, I finally got it but I had to kill about 36-42 paladins to get it
