At present, the Party Center can be wired up to be activated/deactivated by a switch. I'd like it if it also sent a signal when activated/deactivated, either by the player or by a random NPC party starting and ending.

This was inspired by my current overly ambitious build: the Party Room. With lights, a bubble machine, and music boxes, plus king and queen statues to summon partygoers, I've got a lot of things that will (eventually) be hooked up to a switch. But it'd be nice if, when an NPC throws a party, the whole thing ran off of the automatically-activated Party Center.
