Path of Modifiers
Path of Modifiers is a Path of Exile inspired modifier system for items. It attempts to expand on the vanilla prefix system by giving the player more choices and control over the modifiers.
Vanilla prefixes are removed when possible and custom PoM modifiers are generated on weapons, armor and accessories.

Info
Rarities affect how many affixes a single item can have. Rarities are unique for weapons, armor and accessories.
Affixes are any modifiers, prefixes or suffixes. Prefixes are usually simple stat modifiers and come before the item name. Suffixes are more unique effects and come after the item name.

Modifier Fragments and Modifier Forge
Fragments are dropped by enemies, sold by the Wizard and are used in the forge to reforge items. The price of reforge actions varies based on the type of forging and the rarity of the item.

You can get Path of Modifiers in the mod browser and steam workshop
Fixed items not rolling when equipped, which could lead to a crash

Overhauled modifier forge
Chance to not consume ammo always stacks multiplicatively now
Adjusted minimum tier values to never approach zero even at their lowest

Molten Shell now does 6 times less damage based on enemy life(was instakilling bosses in certain situations), flat damage is unchanged.
Modifier fragment drops now scale with the killed enemy's coin value.

Modifier fragments are now 50 times cheaper to buy.
Burning Air is now capped at 1% of max life versus players.
Added sound effects for some modifiers.
Reduced particle effects for burning/shocked/chilled air.

Fixed Old One's Army's Portal getting destroyed by some modifiers.
Updated to TML 11.7.4.
Added 53 new modifiers.
Removed all placeholder suffixes.
Removed lifesteal and manasteal affixes.
Removed tier display from item tooltip.
Added sprites for forge and fragments.
Added support for sub-1% values in tooltips.
Reduced max number of suffixes on weapons.
Nerfed ammo consumption affixes.

Changed the way crit chance affix text is displayed for clarity.
All stat affixes are now applied simultaneously per player.
Reduced chance for lifesteal to roll.
Reduced max lifesteal value from 20% to 10%.
Added melee lifesteal prefix.
Bosses always drop fragments.
Bosses drop x10 more fragments than normal enemies.
Fixed weapon damage affixes affecting crit chance.
Fixed a crash triggered by using the forge UI while it's not visible.

I downloaded this earlier today and I'm loving it so far. Add a tidbit more polish and tell us what does what and you'd have a 5-star mod! Keep it up Kono!

While using this i have noticed a bug that with 100% certainty comes from this mod. When placing blocks on air with nothing for the block to place on, and even inside other blocks where it wouldn't place anyway it consumes 1-2 items of the block type as if it had placed. T have tested this with all other mod disabled in a fresh world on a fresh character. Other than that little annoyance its a great mod keep up the awesome work!!
 
Some bugs appeared when i installed it. First and the most annoying one is about things like torches or blocks are wasting if you are pressing/holding left mouse button, even if you dont place them (just noticed LtGen. Slayer mentioned this too). Second one is very short underwater breath time, about 3 seconds.

I've got 7 mods on my weapon, and it seems kinda op.

Can't replicate. I don't think PoM even interacts with player breathing(yet).

I've got 7 mods on my weapon, and it seems kinda op.
By my calculations 3 T1 affixes on a 7-affix Legendary item should be generated with a chance of 0.0057%. Maybe I messed up some RNG, lol.

Those are available [affixes][prefixes][suffixes]. Right now it does nothing but tease you, but I'm intending to make a system that uses orbs a la PoE; to give a better control over modifiers besides reforge spam. You will be able to add a prefix or a suffix to an item if it has free modifier slots.

Also you can see affixes in shops and reroll them by opening shop window again (you can also see affixes of weapon you crafting but I couldnt reroll them by re-opening craft window).
 
That’s from Calamity; It removes the Chilled debuff from Tundra water in exchange for drastically shorter breath time in it.
Oh, just checked that and it really have the same breath timer everywhere, except for Tundra water. Thank you for explaining.

Oh. When using the preview function of the post editor the spoiled images simply didn't work, so I assumed that's how it would have to be. Thanks, fixed.
 
The game crashed while i was searching for items in recipe browser.

Also chance to ichor enemies doesnt work for me for some reason.
Actually it works fine, I forgot that destroyer is immune to debuffs and ichored target dummy doesnt seem to change its color (or maybe its immune to ichor too), my bad.
