Blocks & Decoration Per-World Moveable Storage

A moveable storage type item that works as a piggy bank for the world instead of the player. So if you put something in it, all other players (With access to this storage.) can also access those items from anywhere in the world. This would make transferring/trading/sharing items between many players a much quicker and smoother experience, even with just one storage unit capable of doing this.
Perhaps this could be obtainable via shimmering a safe?

It actually makes sense. So basically Ender / Junimo Chest. Could be nice for Adventure Maps / Severs / Co-op.
