I wanted to make a wavebank in honor of Journey's End releasing, so I thought I'd update mine after three years.
Features a ton of Persona music, featuring alternate tracks, Otherworld tracks, Underground versions and more!
Please give feedback—I'll probably be updating once 1.4.1 hits, so let me know if you like the music :)

Installation instructions:
Find your Terraria download
Navigate to the Content folder and rename/delete Wave Bank.xwb
Move the wavebank file to that folder and rename it Wave Bank.xwb
You're done!

Woah, that was way faster than expected

Just the other day I was about to post on that thread about how this wavebank was probably one of the larger reasons I was even able to get into Terraria at all. At the time I'd been trying for years and admittedly playing with someone near and dear to my heart helped, but when I think of the atmosphere of this game now a lot of it always comes back to these tunes that I loved from Persona because they're such an odd fit but at the same time they really just work. I vibe with so many of the picks too and, in particular, was really happy when I first heard you use Days When My Mother Was There instead of the easier choice, Rivers in the Desert. One of my favorite songs from that game and really love passing through the desert here as a result. And just a lot more, like, if I were to actually go on about why I like this so much I'd be here all day, but all I'll say is that this is the wavebank that fits for me, it's basically Terraria for me at this point and

Thanks for making the game feel like home. It's been such a ride. And thanks for coming back for the update, too, doesn't feel right to play without it.
 
I really like the song you both picked! The problem for me is that I'm playing on Mac and it seems that the wave bank aren't compatible with it, can you please tell me how to fix this?

Make sure that your content folder looks something like this

and that Wave Bank.xwb is the file I uploaded. Let me know if that fixes things
 
one more thing and I kinda feel stupid for askin this but how would I revert to the original music if I wanted to have the og terraria music?

you should still have the renamed wave bank.xnb. just rename it back (or download the original terraria wave bank from the internet)
