Other Planets in Space

Worlds like different places you can visit in the game in space for example: different planets with different mobs and there would be different gravity based on which planet you would be on like the moon or something. It just a thing I want to try to get into the game cause it would be vary interesting and it's a idea I've wanted to mention just didn't know where to.

Anyways, I don't think this would be possible to implement due to having to basically generate several brand new worlds worth of terrain per singular world

But if you had any new ideas to contribute, such as specific types of planets or enemies, always welcome

Depending on what you mean by "different worlds," this ranges from extremely difficult to downright unfeasible. If you simply mean a very large structure in the Space layer that has unique enemies, it's certainly possible, but you'd be hard-pressed to make it fit the game well while also being balanced and meaningful. If you mean being able to go to another planet, as in generating an entire new world to explore within the world you already have, that almost certainly can't happen.

That being said, though, have you ever tried the game Starbound? It's somewhat similar to Terraria and has a great deal of space-faring in it.

I've heard of starbound but for some reason I'd prefer terraria it just feels better a vary large structure in the space layer
