In my underground pylon I have NPC houses using stalactite stone and craggy stone wall that I placed. When I opened today the NPC's had moved out and I got the "This Room is missing a wall" message I checked for holes, there weren't any. It happened on all three separate rooms where I use the player placed natural walls. I could tell they had turned to normal natural walls as I had to destroy from the edges and they didn't drop when mined. All the other walls in my cavern are natural too now as far as I can tell. After breaking and replacing all walls the rooms went back to working fine. NPCs could be moved in and my pylon worked again as before there weren't enough villagers nearby as they had no houses. I reloaded and it didn't happen again. Not a big problem but a bit strange. I've attached screenshots of all three houses it happened to.
