Game Mechanics pls make a way to disable gravestone drops.

I find it very annoying having to constantly clean up gravestones when I am building, also during events, gravestones roll in front of doors of my house and trap me inside the house full of enemy's. so I wold much appreciate if there was a way to disable gravestone drops.

Considering the new geaveyard mechanic in 1.4, this probably is more important than ever because you don't want zombies spawning near your house during the day.
