I wouldn’t mark this as a “Bug Report” because they are not intended to cross play until Mobile gets 1.4.1 and hotfixes

There are currently no plans to make mobile and PC cross platform as they are on different versions. Once they are on the same version, it may be possible but nothing is confirmed.
In the mean time, this mod lets PC players have journey mode and non-journey mode players join the same server: Standalone - [1.4.1.1] Gamemode Unlocked Server
