Items Portal gun, Gravity gun and Runes

function: Are consumable items. They can be droped by any Skeleton-based enemy.
Maximal stack: 99

Anzus- Lights up the entire screen for 10-20 sec.
Has a very small chance to turn the entire screen nearly black for 20-30 seconds.
0,08% Drop chance, 0,16% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 1 Gold and 20 Silver Coins.

Perthro- Change the Modifiers of all Items in the Inventory.
Has a very small chance to change all Modifiers into Negative Modifiers.
0,05% Drop chance, 0,1% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 1 Gold Coin.

Jera- Will give the player 1-10% of the money in his Inventory.
Has a very small chance to delete 10-20% of the money.
0,02% Drop chance, 0,04% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 2 Gold and 50 Silver Coins.

Dagaz- Takes every Neagtive Buff from the player.
Has a very small chance to double the time of every Negative Buff.
0,06% Drop chance, 0,12% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 1 Gold and 50 Silver Coins.

Othala- Deals 40-50 Damage to every Enemy of the screen.
Has a very small chance to damage the player.
0,04% Drop chance, 0,08% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 2 Gold coins.

Ingwaz- Spawns a random Boss. Hardcore Bosses only in Hardcore mode.
Has a very very small chance to spawn 2-5 different Bosses.
0,005% Drop chance, 0,01% in the Skeleton Dungeon.
Sell price: 5 Gold coins.

LOVE the runes idea! The portal gun is being added into 1.3 already I believe, and I just don't like the gravity gun. Also I feel there should be some more information about the runes, such as drop percentage, and stuff like that. Otherwise, it is very well thought out. 100% support.

Are those runes from the binding of Isaac, or is that just me.

Either way this is a solid idea, but I think the portal gun is already coming, but I don't really like the gravity gun idea.
