What if Possessed Armour could also take a form depending on what biome it is in? In the Crimson, it wears Crimtane Armour, underground it wears an ore armour, in the Jungle, it can wear Jungle armour, and so on. Changes will probably be cosmetic, like how there are different zombies or demon eyes.

I could see that.

I think the prolem would be that it very massive amount of enemy sprites, and making one doesn't take it around 5 minutes.
What players can wear cannot be used to code a new enemy.

I don't say it's a bad idea but in term of my knowledge I see it imposible.
