Game Mechanics Post Moon Lord Shimmer transmutation: Hellforge into Demon/Crimson Altar

Basically gives us a way to have a Demon/Crimson Alter where we want.
Would be a different ID and thus not have an affect when destroyed other than dropping as the item to be moved/placed.

Throwing the material into shimmer would produce either altar, 50/50 chance.
Could also look different from the natural altars?

Doesn't have to be Hellforge. Another good item for the transmutation is the Lihzahrd Furnace.

that is a great idea. maybe they can be craftable, so you can get both crimson and corruption

Yeah, maybe something like one of these:

• Hellforge/Lihzahrd furnace + 3 shadow scales/tissue samples
• Hellforge/Lihzahrd furnace + 3 rotten chunks/vertebrae
• Hellforge/Lizhard furnace + 2 demonite bars/crimtane bars
