Weapons & Equip Post-Plantera Summoner Armor Rework

Summoner’s armor sets feel underwhelming. Power-wise, they do just fine, but there are two main problems I have with the sets:
1) The set bonuses are just stat boosts. Compared to the other classes' flashy bonuses, this is pathetic.
2) There isn’t a proper whip armor. Tiki gives whip range, sure, but there is a lot of potential in a dedicated whip armor.

My idea is for Spooky armor to have two chest slots: one benefitting more from dodging and letting the minions do all of the work, and another from whips, specifically from whip stacking.

Tiki would then be a dedicated mixed armor. It would work similarly to the ore sets, with the different head slots and all.

Here is a rough sketch of the specifics. The stats are more likely than not woefully imbalanced, but it is to mostly to get the idea across:

Spooky Breastplate
+2 minion slots
+20% summon damage
+11 defence
Set Bonus: Pressing DOWN twice gives you the Shade Aura buff: +30% Summon damage & -400 aggro, but taking damage kicks you out and removes 1/3 of your remaining health after the hit.

Spooky Chain Mail
+1 minion slot
+20% summon damage
+20% Whip Range
+15% Tag Damage
+16 defence
Set Bonus: All whips give the Shade Whip buff for 6 seconds: +15% whip tag duration, +10% whip speed, +10% whip length, +3 defence; up to 3 whips can stack this.

Tiki Mask
+10% Melee & Summon damage
+10% Melee speed
+1 minion slot
+20 defence
Set Bonus: Taking damage gives the Tiki Heart buff for 10 seconds: +3 life regen; +10% Melee & Summon damage.

Tiki Helmet
+10% Ranged & Summon damage
+33% chance to not consume ammunition
+ 1 minion slot
+15 defence
Set Bonus: Taking damage gives the Tiki Mind buff for 10 seconds: 10% Ranged critical strike chance; +10% Ranged & Summon Damage

Tiki Headgear
+10% Magic & Summon damage
-10% Mana Cost
+1 minion slot
+10 defence
Set Bonus: Taking damage gives the Tiki Soul buff for 10 seconds: +20% movement speed; +10% Magic & Summon damage

That's all for the armor pieces themselves. Here are some notes to add on to this:
-Spooky Chain Mail would have the exact same ingredients as the breastplate.
-I suggest the Witch Doctor should sell Tiki Leaves instead. With this change, combining Tiki Leaves and Chlorophyte armor will result in Tiki Armor.
-All of the Summon damage buffs on the Tiki Shirt and Pants would be changed to just general damage.

Thank you for reading.

Let's start, I like a LOT this sug, but

Spooky Breastplate Set Bonus: I agree with the DMG bonus, but I think it should be increase agro instead of decreasing it, since you get a lot of DMG

Spooky Chain Mail (I'd change the name, how do you make a "Chain Mail" with wood?, anyways) Set Bonus: I would reduce to +1 instead +2, since is a Whip focus set

Tiki Helms Set Bonus: 20% in both classes is a LOT OF DAMAGE, I would decrease that to a 10% for 2 secs after you hit something

For the numbers, I knew it wasn’t very balanced, but I did want to spend an hour meticulously fine tuning the stats. Will change.

For the name, I couldn’t find a better one, so I just took “Scale Mail” and changed it a bit. I don’t have a better idea, so it’s staying for the time being.

Thank you for your feedback!

Your welcome!

Maybe could be

Spooky Crost plate and Spooky Stump plate

why is it a different chest then helm for spooky?

why is it a different chest then helm for spooky?
It's a similar concept to the Beatle Set (2 breast part) and the Spectral Set (2 helms), so I think is the same concept (?
