Console Pre-1.3 Console Update HUD Toggle?

I personally dislike the HUD for console 1.3, since it's just the PC version. The PC HUD is really good, for PC since you have a mouse that can go anywhere on the screen. For console, it's a hassle to switch between menus on a fly or even go through the inventory. I have to use auto-pause so I don't get sniped or killed by an enemy. The old HUD from pre-1.3 was the best for a platform with no mouse or keyboard. I play on a PlayStation 4 myself.

I'm not saying get rid of the new HUD completely, but add a toggle to switch between "Legacy HUD" or "Default HUD (PC HUD)".
 
They don’t have the code for the legacy console ui, that’s as completely lost as 1.2 I believe…
But really with 1.4 coming to console you can customize your own ui and such, which is exciting and it is being tested to make it work with a controller(sorry it has been tested not being tested lol) and it should be better then 1.3’s

If that's the case, then it's all good. Hope it'll improve quick access to your inventory or chests
