PC Problem installing XNA Studio (trying to make a wave bank for terraria)

One of the things required to make a wave bank is Microsoft XNA Game Studio (unless there is another way to do it?), but I'm having trouble even installing it.
I always get this message when installing:

...even if I did download one of those. Unless this is the wrong one, but it redirects me to this.

Just to let you know, I'm using a windows 10, which I don't know if I am able to make this work on this version.
