Xbox One Problems with Summoner whips

Im playing as a summoner and the whips get longer/bigger or shorter/smaller with certain prefixes that increase or decrease swing speed.
The slower it is the faster and vice versa.

Also whips don’t gain buffs from flasks like they do on PC.

For the prefixes that’s how they are effected so It is intended(same for pc in 1.4.0.5)
Also the flask thing is 1.4.1, not 1.4.0.5 and console is on 1.4.0.5
