Steps to reproduce:
- Start with an empty character
- Equip a full Loki set in vanity armor slots (3589, 3590, 3591)
- Equip Arkhalis' Lightwings in a vanity accessory slot (3924)
- Equip a Hades dye in the corresponding dye slot for the wings (3038)
- Start flying to expand the wings
- Observe having about 2 FPS

From my test, it could be dust related, since I also observed it when stationary but with dust from a Recall Potion on screen, and once when stationary and doing nothing, presumably with something else producing dust. Expanding the wings by flying up reliably reproduces it though. Removing any of the specified items makes it no longer reproduce. All tests were done in multiplayer, but it occurs both when the items are equipped on the own character and when equipped on a different character so that likely does not contribute.
This was reported by multiple players, so it is likely not device specific, and it only occurs on the mobile version.

Game version: 1.4.4.9.5 Build 1081
Device Model: ZB602KL (Asus)
OS: Android 9

On attempted replication on an ASUS laptop, the same issues could not be replicated...
Seems like it could be an issue with the processing power of the Asus phone? If you mentioned it was dust related did you try it somewhere without dust particles?

I tried replicating this as well. Here is a screenshot of the gear I used, in case I did it wrong.
I still had 60fps while wearing it and flying as well. Maybe it is because of another factor?

I've tested it on multiple versions and builds of terraria, and this seems to only be a mobile issue.
I believe it's probably so due to the specs of the build, but it might come down to version coding...

Thanks for the report! Lightwings had some performance-related issues that SHOULD be fixed come 1.4.5.
