So, right now the purple rarity is just a rarity that some weapons can get by having reforges, notably the pillar weapons. It's not used as a base rarity, and in my opinion, it should be a rarity that's given to items normally.
So, here is my idea:
Purple rarity should be the base rarity of items that are crafted after Moon Lord specifically. This wouldn't include the items dropped directly from ML, since they aren't crafted.
Additionaly, it can also be used for Post-Moon Lord shimmer items if the devs want, although that's up to them, as I am not focusing on them in this suggestion.
Some items that would be under this category, for example, are Drill Containment Unit, Zenith, Luminite Bars, Luminite armors and wings, and a few others.
