Portfolio/Multi-Topic Quest Fish and Angler Rework

Total support. I hate the total grind it is to go to specific biomes and fish. Sometimes, you even need to create your own lakes. This is much better.

This is just my opinion but I kinda like the way these items are quite rare. I can agree that fishing can get quite repetitive and boring and something needs to be done to diversify that, but you cant deny that the cell phone is cool flex to brag about to your friends (assuming you obtained it legitimately, I have a huge distaste for people giving rare items or downloading maps full of items).
