Quicksand, it slows you by 50% and if your eyes are inside the quicksand sprite, you will get

It can found in the entrace of the Underground desert, Can be collected using a bomb, and wired to turn into normal sand (ONLY PLACED BY PLAYER)

This could be organized much better as a suggestion. I mean, I'm assuming you slowly sink in it, and I'm not sure how else you'd end up inside of it unless it works identically to normal sand, but you don't even say that much.

We're not mind readers. Explain your vision in detail. How does it affect enemies? How quickly does it work? And why can it only be collected by bombs? How does wiring it to turn into normal sand work? What are those slanted half-sprites, because they don't cleave to any of the ways a block can be hammered?

I'm intrigued but confused.
