Weapons & Equip Rain Set's Fishing bonus

Current Rain Set
Rain Hat: +1 defense
Rain Coat: + 2 defense

Bonus Set: None

New features:
Rain Hat: +1 defense, + 3 Fishing Power
Rain Coat: +2 defense, + 3 Fishing Power
Rain Boots (new item): +1 defense, +3 Fishing Power (same chance as the 2 other pieces and from the same enemy)

Bonus Set: Increase Luck by 0.05, Increase Fishing Power by 2

Hidden Bonus Set: Reduces enemy spawn rate and max number of enemies by a 10% (Angler Set has the same but stronger)

Now the Rain Set will act as a weaker version of the Angler Set, but will be obtainable just by killing the Rain Zombie and without doing any Angler's mission

Rain Zombie's sprite shouldn't be actualized because would make the enemy too undistinguished from other Zombie versions, looking like an unrelated enemy if you don't realize it's a zombie, would be too many yellow

And don't change the sprite will create content for YouTube in curiosity videos

Did you knooooow that EVEN if the Rain Zombie drops THE Rain Boots, it has NO BOOTS in its sprite, this is CLEARLY an ERROR of the Devs and remain as one of the MOST current suggestions in the Terraria Community (clearly a lie)

Too much fishing power. How about total 8 FP for whole set? Or maximum 10.

Also, Luck bonus is too OP and not needed.

The Luck part is to increase chance of better fish, also since is a new feature is unknowledgeable for many players

But yeah, 0.2 is a lot, I'm reducing it to 0.05
