Character Personality: Completely blank, emotionless.

Character Equipment: Essentially any weapon.

Character Abilities: The Wobbler is capable of creating nigh-any weapon, including but not limited to maces, swords, bows and clubs. They also possess pyrokinetic and cryokinetic abilities. They can dual wield weapons, but cannot use any more than that, if not for decoration, they also cannot use the cryokinetic abilities with the pyrokinetic abilities at the same time.

Character Backstory: The Wobbler seems to be from a multiverse of parallel universes controlled by celestial beings, more being created frequently. The universe is filled with types of "units" that are used to fight each other constantly. Somehow the Wobbler was able to escape to here.

Character Quirks: Complete immunity to senses, other than sight, however they cannot be blinded. They do have knockback from attacks, but not from pain, instead because they are filled with helium.

Character Flaws: Low intelligence, will fall of cliffs quite frequently. Also not very fast or good at dodging attacks.

Extras/Trivia: #B78FC1 for hex. Also heavily based off of the game TABS. (Totally Accurate Battle Simulator.)

Character Personality: EXTREMELY religious and devoted to who it considers its lord, who is none other than bill cipher. he might be slightly fruity about it but SHHHH dont say that in front of them. generally kind and compassionate on his own but can get aggressive/manipulative FAST if he feels that's what bill wants. not very outgoing, and generally doesnt speak unless spoken to unless something of interest is happening. theres more but this would become a bit of an essay lmfao

Character Equipment: a very ornate dagger, and a scythe, depicting an eye with a slitted pupil at the very back of the blade. it almost seems like it's watching you. nothing to worry about, right?

Character Abilities:
-fire magic, which becomes more powerful if bill is assisting it
-very strong night vision. nox can see almost anything, aside from most warm colors.
-cat claws, ofc. it seems like cipher's done something with them, because they don't seem to tear or break often. you'll often see nox sharpening them meticulously.
-prayer. this is what it sounds like. nox can't really like. sic bill on someone, as funny as that would be, but he CAN pray for protection and guidance.

nox used to live in a cramped apartment in a polluted city. cipher had to live from paycheck to paycheck, doing commissions and working at the grocery store. his depression was pretty damn bad, and every day he wished he could just. go. leave. find a place he could call home. it wasn't very religious back then, but it held a strong belief in bill cipher. he never really knew why that was, why he believed in HIM more than the popular deities out there. maybe cipher feared him less. maybe he trusted him more. he couldn't remember, now. he simply remembers leaving him offerings of anything he could spare. nothing would happen, but cipher kept leaving offerings. candy, jewelry, teeth...... somehow, strangely, one night, after a long day at work, it had a very peculiar dream......

that city wouldn't see nox again after that night. he was reported missing two days later, then presumed dead a month after. nox knew cipher wouldn't be missed.

Character Quirks: very fascinated with all things creepy and dark. cryptids, demons, ghosts, true crime, you name it, cipher loves it.
looves shiny things and animals of all kinds. while generally avoidant of actual people, it will RUN up to a dog or cat or what have you, just to baby talk them and give them pats.

Character Flaws: this cat can NOT do math!!!!! he's nearly 30 (he thinks, anyway) and does not know his sevens, or how to do long division. this is a problem sometimes.
extremely paranoid, and gets scared easily. these don't stem from the constant exposure to places like the nightmare realm, but it definitely fuels them. nox has two reactions to immediate terror: flight (jumping like 10 feet in the air, usually accompanied by a yowl), or fight (bite or scratch. friendly reminder of how i was describing cipher's claws earlier. imagine how that goes). most people and horrors that spend some time with nox know not to sneak up behind cipher at this point, for fear of hurting him or themselves.

bill is extremely talkative, although characters other than nox will only hear him if he wants to be heard, or if your character can see/hear ghosts. bill goes by he/it pronouns here. he also speaks in all caps.

this will be your typical punk getup. eyeliner, patched up jackets, crust pants, you name it. a lot of the patches are either EXTREMELY political or just silly little jokes.

now this. this is the snazzy stuff. nox will be wearing baggy/flowy, mostly nondescript clothing. think robes and all that jazz. this is usually where you'll be seeing nox using its scythe. think of this as a battle outfit of sorts. there are lots of jewelry, usually coming in black and yellow and having lots of triangles. the most prominent one being a pendant featuring our man bill. the eye IS looking at you btw. not like it's gonna do something to you or anything. also nox's eyes are a lot more reflective in this outfit, almost to the point of glowing.
this one's pretty rare to see, as nox doesn't see fit to use it much.

Character Appearance: A black ball of whale blubber with stubby, yellow feet and stubby, black arms, from each of which three metal claws protrude. Dark uses these as fingers and thumbs, but they can be used as weapons in a pinch. In addition, he has topaz eyes, shaped to appear bored, and a lipless mouth covered by his purple scarf of misfortune.
(so basically just black clawed Kirby with a scarf and topaz eyes)

Character Species: Shifter (Made up race of beings that can shapeshift and do magic.)

Character Height: 3ft 8

Character Weight: 145 lbs (Pretty heavy)

Character Personality:
Often comes off as cold at first, mainly because he’s focused more on what he's in the middle of doing.​
Either quite sarcastic or exceedingly mad (read: large hammy or cold hammy) once you get to know him, however. He's a nice guy, one you wouldn't want to get on the bad side of.​
Can get 'philosophical' about things on occasion.​
Seems apathetic about a lot of things.​
Really caring about his friends, and loyal, too.​
Rather rationally minded.​

Character Equipment:
A green claymore. Longer than himself, and seems to be capable of splitting into two, thinner swords.​
A sword sheath slung on his back with leather straps for storing potions on. Though, oddly enough, all of his potions are missing.​
A purple scarf of misfortune. Though the various enchantments cast on it that facilitate its misfortune generation don’t seem to work right now.​
A few pets (smaller than him, to clarify) he commands as a beast master (kind of) that he can bring out only through a magic storage portal.​
  • A black Phoenix, the leader bird with low damage hit-and-run tactics capable of rallying Dark's other pets.
  • A relatively large spider-lizard (white orb for a body, with 8 blacks eyes on it, black spider legs, and a white lizard's tail), the second in command with also low damage, web shots that can get annoying, and a kinda harmful venomous bite. Nothing fatal however.
  • A baby revitalisation dragon, a specialist healer with healing flames that can heal things like a large cut before getting sleepy and passing out for a few minutes. They get really tired and pass out for a few hours if they're called on to keep healing too frequently.
Character Abilities (I apologise in advance if I made this too long):
  • Magic (a few spells he uses commonly)
    • Black panel (WB): A large black panel that destroys itself to shoot a powerful black laser. It's stronger and shoots out faster if someone destroys the panel.
    • Lesser telekinesis: A basic push or pull that can’t manipulate targets very well. (WB): Despite its name, it can still be used to push/pull a lot of stuff at once.
    • Shadow tag: A black orb on Dark's hand that, upon contact with someone, leaves a black mark comprised of a black...plasma like substance. As long as the marked person is near Dark (within a 25 meter radius), the substance will spread around the infected area, dealing damage over time. It stops spreading once it spreads over a medium-sized area (this will take about 10 minutes), hurting about as much as a bad sword stab. Oddly enough, it's easily cured with literally any form of healing, or a bright light. It heals naturally after a few hours as well.
    • Ethereal shield (WB): A flaming [exactly what it says on the tin] that blocks attacks. Takes a few minutes to make, but once made, he can summon it at a moment's notice. It has a two different modes that'll be seen anyway:
      • Orbit: The shield is smaller, weaker, and always remains close to Dark, but Dark can move it around more himself quickly. Will take the equivalent of 5 good sledgehammer hits before breaking.
      • Wall: The shield is bigger, and stronger. Dark can't move it around as well, but he can at least summon it farther away from itself. Will take the equivalent of 8 good sledgehammer hits before breaking.
    • Magic storage portal (WB): A portal that Dark uses to store various things, such as his pets. Although, he'll only find his pets in there right now.
  • Regeneration: Normally, as a shifter, he’d have better regeneration capabilities, but due to this white brand of extreme nerfinghe got while falling through the portal, his regenerative capabilities are limited to “can instantly heal some wounds every 4 or 5 hours”, with the uppermost limit being “Can heal moderately fatal wounds, healing them to bad, but manageable ones once every 12ish hours." (As in, it won’t work with things like an exploded heart, but will work with things like a stabbed heart, or maybe brain).
    • As a shifter, he can also switch to another of his 3 main forms (but I’m going to put up an application for the other forms I use before having that happen. If I have it happen at all. I'm just putting this up, just in case). But this is going to be very difficult, on account of his cells needing to raise the necessary bodily resources before he can do so (slowed down significantly by the white brand).
    • He can also use said cells to heal others with something like a mortar and pestle. But again, he can only do this on others as often as he can on himself (at mutually exclusive times).
  • Good at fighting, on account of him being both a bounty hunter and an accomplished fighter back home.
    • Surprisingly strong. How do you think he swings around his claymore? It's larger than himself, you know.
    • His blubber outer layer bounces off weaker attacks. It's been mixed in with other stuff that enhance its bouncy nature, just in case.
  • Speciality (a species thing. You'll have to ask him IC about it): Acceleration. By accelerating his body activity and distorting time around him, signified by his eyes flashing with a yellow glow, Dark can increase how fast he can move. This has a few applications.
    • Flash step: Dark accelerates himself to flash step speeds, allowing him to virtually instantaneously relocate to a location within 25 metres... for tactical or defensive purposes only, because Xard (pronounced 'Zard) exists. Because Xard exists, he also does not do this very rapidly (more on him later).
    • Crisis form (WB): Signified by his eyes glowing instead of flashing, Dark... or rather, Xard, since he'd be more in control in this 'form', uses magic and accelerated body activity to make Dark's body work even when it really shouldn't, letting him continue the fight even after Dark's been hit with a fatal wound. Xard can flash step more rapidly, and fights faster than Dark normally does while in this state, but also fights more instinctually and strategises far less than Dark does. Xard can ignore any exhaustion for a bit, but Dark will eventually tire out and collapse after about a few minutes. Fortunately, Dark retains enough control to be able to get out of this form once it's no longer needed.
    • Essentially, Xard's an alternate personality birthed from the use of Dark's specialty that becomes more aware and capable of taking control the faster Dark goes. He's properly insane and sadistic, caring only about the following:
      • Fun fights (hence why he doesn't like going at speeds high enough to make battles easy curb stomps in his favour)
      • Seeing how people react to pain, preferably by bleeding, irrespective of who the person is, but targeting Dark's enemies first.
      The kind of unnecessary damage he can inflict when Dark goes too fast has led to Dark creating a mental block that makes him, and Xard, in Dark's crisis form, unable to harm anyone while going at flash step speeds, or even flash step very rapidly at all outside of his crisis form, so that Xard cannot take complete control and lock Dark out while being free to do what he wants. There was this other ability I had that allowed Dark/Xard to attack people while flash stepping, but I'm going to leave that ability for another day. And... let's just say said mental block will only ever come off in the direst of circumstances.
  • Dark is also a decent cook. He's not accustomed to improvised cooking tools, but his food, in ideal circumstances, does, for some reason, taste better when he makes food for people he knows better.
  • Dark is also an experienced alchemist. He knows how to brew potions, but is probably completely unused to this new world's set of ingredients and will have to experiment or learn.
Character Backstory:
Dark hails from a world of shifters where the sport of battle (literally fighting each other to the kind-of-death, but not really since everyone can regenerate most wounds) is about as popular worldwide as American Football is in the U.S.. Dark became a bounty hunter, got the rather high rank of 'knightnaster', helped foil his nephew’s plans for blowing apart his equivalent of Earth (yes, his nephew), among other things, and now he’s ended up falling through a portal that threw him here.​

The finer details… will be revealed in IC as I look through my notes for some and hash out the rest.​

Character Quirks:
A sucker for orange juice.​
Only needs about 3 hours of sleep a night (or can skip two or three nights and then sleep for a full 8 hours without consequence)​

Character Flaws:
Insensitive​
Anything that can penetrate his rather thick outer blubber layer will severely wound his internal organs. Just hit him with a very powerful attack, preferably one that bypasses his shield somehow. Dark and Xard are not particularly good at dodging without using Dark's specialty. In fact, he's rather slow, and quite easil outrun.​
Seems to fight better alone, due to being able to focus more on himself rather than being distracted by thinking about his teammates.​
He's been branded with a white brand on his chest. There doesn't seem to be any way to remove it, and it seems to make him more easily tired when using his more powerful techniques. Spells and abilities marked with (WB) are things Dark can use, but only sparingly, as it'll quickly exhaust him after its usage, for some strange reason (and really, it wouldn't be healthy for him if he just used Crisis form all the time). It also seems to be the main cause of his diminished regenerative capabilities.​
I'm just going to phase ability and spell stuff out from falling under the WB category as I find it appropriate, power scaling wise.​

Abilities: Lya can create various projectiles out of energy, and is able to lightly control the movement of those projectiles after throwing them. His magic is in the darkness category.
Strengths: Pretty good at stealth stuff. Also quite fast.
Weaknesses: Can be quite easy to manipulate.

Well, out of everutuing in your application, this is the most problematic. Time manipulation is generally not allowed in this RP, even though I'm not sure it's a formal rule, it conflicts with enough of the existing roleplayers here that it's best avoided.

It's meant to be a little field around him that simply allows him to go faster without burning himself up due to air resistance. I could ditch that part for a weaker speed buff, however.
And what else sounds problematic?
