Ari had fought hard against the giant eye. His rockfish, frost daggerfish, and Golden bow had helped him fight to the last of his powers. Now was the time. He picked up the foul purple ore, and looked into his mirror. In the blink of an eye, he was in his cozy home, Maxwell strolling around the room. He sprinted over to his furnace, ignoring the Maxwell's words as he went. He tossed all the ore into a melting pot, and put it in the furnace. He sat down in the wooden chair by the fireplace, biding his time as the metal crumpled and charred in the forge. After some time, he walked back over to the forge. He poured the metal, which smelled like the foulest thing he had ever smelled, into a mold. After it was cooled down, he sat down to admire his work. A beautifully cast rod that could fish up even the most evasive of souls.
