Look at the post I quoted above ^. He stopped working on the mod so Bullseye55 and his team are working on porting it to TML.

I'm not being rude but dude, did you read the thing that says that Blah isn't here anymore? Bullseye55 is in charge of doing that.

If not: Blah isn't working on the mod anymore, Bullseye55 is porting it to tmodloader now, and the 1.3 download isn't for the current terraria version, as mentioned probably every 2 posts on this forum and on THE MAIN PAGE. Also please type like a normal person, Not Like How I Am Right Now, It Is Infuriating To Read.

No. The tModLoader port is still being worked on.

because the port isn't ready to be released yet
Avalon is a classic mod, and it has a LOT of content
so it's going to be a while

It is not currently playable with 1.3, it was updated to 1.3 a short while after 1.3's initial release, which is quite some time ago. Right now it is currently being worked on, please be patient like the rest of us.

I believe they want to do content from both (if the Contagion is possible I will love them forever, cause the ring thing was so cool), but I'm not too sure.

it's a mod api for 1.1

like TAPI for 1.2 and tmodloader for 1.3

This statement was for when it was only 1.3, Avalon WAS released for 1.3, it is no longer compatible with the current version of Terraria.
