resource packs not downloading

so i was on the steam workshop and i subscribe to the resource pack, expecting it to download like normal, but for some reason it doesn't download and nothing happens. the texture pack wasnt added and didnt put it in the file that it normally puts it in.

Downloading content from the Steam Workshop will instead be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\105600
