Weapons & Equip Reworking the toolbox a bit

For me , the toolbox always stuck me as an odd accessory, it looks like an upgrade to the toolbelt but it's obtained with a present
So i think, why not turning it into an upgrade for the toolbelt

So it can could be crafted with:

ancient chisel +

toolbelt (@

tinkerer's workshop)

and for the toolbox itself

First of all , it needs a sprite rework so...

-Increases block placement range by 2

- Increases mining speed by 25%

Yeah , im aware of this thread and there are similar stuff, but i am suggesting another thing (aka making the toolbox craftable and/or a rework), using the ancient chisel looked like the best option for me since my other idea was: toolbelt and some iron bars
