This is a small mod I made for myself and figured I may as well release it incase anyone else wants to use it. Its a simple mod for anyone who uses accessories that make them move to fast to control. This adds a ring that will decrease your initial velocity, giving you much more control over your movement without losing much max speed. It makes it a lot easier to move around in your base or wherever and get to chests and npcs as opposed to instantly flying across the screen.

1x Anklet of The Wind
1x Climbing Claws
1x Shoe Spikes
1x Cloud In A Bottle

Thats odd, its definitely not this unless it's somehow conflicting with another mod you have but even then this mod doesn't have anything that effects sounds at all so I can't see it being the cause.
