"Then that is very inefficient of them, after all, being closer to the source of your supplies lowers the risk of any possible siege as anyone who attacks would not be able to destroy supply lines because there were none in the first place."

There is a resturant called Inactivation's. It seems to be a tech themed salad bar, kind of like a futuristic version of Golden Corral.
