Blocks & Decoration Rope Net Block/Trap

Solid/See through block crafted from 4 rope that will allow the player to build custom rope nets in the world. Also a new trap type the Net that is crafted from 6 rope and is wirable in order to use to capture mobs. The net trap can also be shot through in order to take care of hostile mobs.
