Sandstorm in a bottle s obtainability

I've created closely 20 worlds and I got only a single pyramid and it had a flying carpet, is there any incoming change to change pyramid items' availability in general or if there is none can you atleast make the sandstorm in a bottle craftable,droppable or obtainable from an underground desert chest?

There is nothing you can do right now to mend the frustrating RNG involved in getting the item, but it is likely that the 1.4 update will bring a Desert Crate in the Oasis minibiome that you can possibly get the item from.

I think that world size has a lot to do with it. Creat a larger world and there is more likely to be a pyramid. On mobile, at least, a large world almost always sports a pyramid. But that probably won't help you.
