Scariest enemy!?

I. Hate. Ghouls.
they kill me in only a few seconds even though I have good armour.

Moss wasps are a close second.
Wasps? Already bad
Poison? Already bad
Getting sniped? Already bad
Put it together and you have a Moss Wasp.

The dungeon guardian. Every time I go down a pre-skeletron dungeon, they scare me so much, even though I know they’re coming.

As a joke I would say party girl but I think that hemoglobin sharks are the scariest especially when the catch you off guard, maybe mimics but they’re easy to kill
 
As a Calamity mod user, the Adult Eidolon Wyrm. Dungeon Guardian but 3 times the size, and with ranged attacks and a special AI.
