Xbox One Screen Size

Ever since I downloaded the 1.3 update, my screen has been hanging off the sides so everythings cut off halfway, and it's annoying. There seems to be no fix and I can't change the safe zone in-game or in my console settings...

same the only response people give you is find a setting i forgot what its called to fix the bug
but why dont they just add a save zone setting
