Yes, absolutely! And highlight the item slot(s) where that item is located!

I've wanted this feature for a couple/few years now, definitely support. 
Also, as a quick answer to "where is the chest for [item] so I can stack them?!", maybe Left-Alt + RMB would highlight the chest(s) with that item in it, instead of having to type in the search bar.
I wonder how taxing this would be as a feature to search all chests in view (or possibly in a larger area?) on performance.
