Xbox One Seeds

guys is there a way to put in seeds/where to put in seeds, for a world on xbox one.

I'm gonna say no? On PC its a beta feature that you must manually enable by editing the game (JSON) files. Its not available by default.
Perhaps in a Patch some time in the future.

This was added in PC 1.3.4 (I think), which won't be coming to console for a while.

I reccomend a planter box, it works for all of the 7 herbs.
