PC Seeking specific server

Would anyone kindly invite me or point me towards a server that falls under the following:

• Free to join
• Allows me to use my inventory rather then a server inventory
• No crazy plugins that add an unnecessary amount of security
• and won't prevent me from using certain items because of biased or silly reasons.
• Lastly, will give a welcome reception to visitors (Optional).

As much as the servers people provide are secure fun, I don't like being able to use a few of my favorite things for whatever reason they are, plus I feel like I have a lot more fun with people if I didn't feel like I was behind prison walls, so to speak ^^;

You might be asking for too much, because every server wants to be clean and provide as much griefing blocking as possible.
Someone can hack in 9001 rocket IV + a rocket launcher and destroy the entire server in seconds, thus ruining every ones fun.
