See title. Sentries, despite scaling off of minion damage, do not benefit from bonus 'tag damage', or the effects of Firecracker or the Morning Star.

Sentries are sentries, they are not summons, whips only make summons target enemies, they specifically are different, sentries and summons are different, whips just make it so you don’t have to right click enemies while holding your summon staff for them to target the enemy.

Sentries do prioritize targets based on your whip, actually (better than summons do, in fact). The set bonuses on the armors in question affect minions, too.
