PC Server problems- players not connecting

Ok so i've been playing on a server which i have been hosting for a while with my cousin and we've had no problems so far, but for some reason it is now no longer allowing him to connect. when he tries to connect it ether says connecting to server or server found but then doesn't connect . i have checked my firewall and it says terraria is allowed. if any one know how to fix this problem please help

Your IP/LAN IP changed, you need to address this issue with your router configuration for port forwarding.
