Weapons & Equip Set Bonus & Stat Boosts For Obsidian Armor

For me, the obsidian armor was a big let down. It looks really awesome and does provide defense, but has no stat bonuses or set bonus. Bellow is my suggested stats for obsidian armor in order to make it viable and unique as an armor set.

Individual Set Pieces
Obsidian Outlaw Hat
Defense:
5 (from 4)
Stat Increases:
+7% bullet velocity
+3% movement speed

Obsidian Longcoat
Defense:
6 (from 5)
Stat Increases:
+7% movement speed
+5% bullet velocity
+4% dodge chance

Obsidian Pants
Defense:
4 (no change)
Stat Increases:
+5% movement speed
+5% dodge chance

Full Set
Defense:
15 (from 13)
Stat Increases:
+15% movement speed
+12% bullet velocity
+9% dodge chance

Set Bonus:
Allows the player to dash by double taping the left or right movement buttons, leaving behind a shadow decoy in there place which will attract enemies. Creating a shadow decoy will drain 10% of the players health. After a shadow decoy has received 10% of the players max health in damage, or after 7.5 seconds, the shadow decoy will disappear. Shadow decoys look like slightly faded versions of the player who created them. Dashing while bellow 10% health will NOT kill the player; instead the player will dash without leaving a decoy

In Game Set Bonus Text:
'Grants the ability to dash, while also leaving a decoy in your wake. This decoy receives a small portion of your life.'

Sounds great, it really does need a set bonus like this.
