Mobile Should I buy Terraria Mobile now?

Hello. I was wondering if I should buy Terraria Mobile now or when 1.3 comes out. Is it even worth the money at any point?

May as well buy it now as you'll get the 1.3 update when it comes out for free if you own the game!

Buy it now, because stuff will be taken off when 1.3 comes out. Definitely worth the money, so much stuff to do! I'm end game and I am still thoroughly entertained.
