Same here! If it weren't for this thread, my desktop would be in chaos right now. Here you go:

Wallpaper is a slightly modified album art. Don't mind that massive RAM usage,please.
I hate icons on my desktop so all that I need is hidden in the taskbar or on the start menu. Currently opened are Chrome, Steam and Terraria.

Had a different background, although it was another outer space one, which I generally have. But if I want a new background I usually just delete the previous one and get another 1920x1080 background.

Had to crop this to only be one of my screens, because I have two screens. Same background on each though. And yes. I use Photoshop much more often than I should.

My last one was actually the Solar Pillar Background. I like this one so much more, though.

My files are in a separate folder very far away from desktop thats why it is not cluttered most of the time
