So I have been working on building a computer (Inspired by @putianyi888) and have developed a new RAM storage method based on a matrix display I was working on a little while back.

I need help with building a multiplexer... i have no clue
Help would be appreciated
BTW: The Yellow and Green are horizontal and vertical INPUT respectively while the RED is output Row and the blue is output column
Edit: I was thinking something like this with two AND gates one that can be triggered to output and one that resets them all to OFF after getting the data

I have started a computer project already. Basically almost every part has been finished. The only one left is to connect the parts together, which we call data path. The RAM design by @Programmatic is insane and I suppose it's the best ever.

Oh yeah I saw that I just thought that having 1*3 RAM would be better although I have been thinking and my grid matrix wouldn’t have worked anyway. Should I delete this thread as a duplicate though?
