There is a bug with the slime staff and the solar eruption, when the slime attacks an enemy, he doesn't get hurt by the solar eruption

This is not a bug, but a known side effect of piercing damage mechanics, which the Slime summon uses.

While it can interfere with combat, and it may be something we change in the future, it is not considered a bug at this time. The same thing applies to many sources of constant damage.
